Our Story

Born from a Vision to Transform Central Asia

Cognimet was born from a simple yet powerful observation: businesses across Central Asia were falling behind the global AI revolution — not from lack of ambition, but from lack of accessible, locally-tailored solutions.

Our founder, Abdulloh Ergashboyev, recognized this gap while building across technology, business, and cultural representation. His work connects Cognimet's AI mission with Uzbek Craft and Art and the Hunarmand Association of Republic of Uzbekistan.

What started as a small consultancy in Tashkent has grown into a multinational AI company with a presence in two countries, 30+ professionals, and a portfolio of enterprise-grade AI products trusted by some of Uzbekistan's most forward-thinking organizations.

Founded in Tashkent

Cognimet launched as an AI consultancy with 3 team members and a bold vision for Central Asia.

2021

HRM Suite Launched

Our flagship product — an AI-powered HRM platform — was released to 10 pilot enterprise clients.

2023

AI Tutor Goes Live

Partnered with Uzbekistan's Ministry of Education to pilot AI Tutor in 50+ schools across the country.

As Founder & CEO of Uzbek Craft and Art and Representative of the Hunarmand Association of Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdulloh helps introduce Uzbekistan's artisanal traditions to wider audiences. The initiative promotes authentic Uzbek craftsmanship — including the world-renowned Suzani embroidery, hand-woven Ikat silk from Margilan, intricate Pakhsa ceramic art, and traditional wood carving from Samarkand and Khiva.

This cultural ambassadorship reflects Cognimet's broader philosophy: that technology and tradition are not opposites, but complements. Understanding cultural context deeply informs how we build AI solutions that truly serve people.
